Wedding Photography at Rackleys
One of my favourite venues that I have had the pleasure of capturing for many years now in all seasons. If you love the modern barn look that is filled with light with a Cotswold-y feel then you're in the right place!

Beautiful and Accessible Prep Spaces!
At Rackleys there is a space for both parties to get ready in which is super handy. There is the primary suite which is divided into two sections and has plenty of space for bigger groups. The tones of the room are neutral warm and really complement the general aesthetic of the whole venue. The secondary space is definitely more of a "finishing touches" room and only suitable for smaller groups. If you'd like more extensive partner prep, I would definitely suggest going to the main barn for group shots or using the beautiful outside space if the weather is on your side. As the rooms are so close together, it is nice and easy to capture both parties getting ready so that's a definitely bonus if you want just one photographer/videographer, it's definitely still do-able!

Wedding Ceremony Coverage
One of the things I love about ceremonies at Rackleys is how effortless it feels to capture the action. Sometimes logistics and room layouts can make it tricky to find a variety of perfect angles to shoot, but not here! There is a great amount of space at the front of the barn by the large window making it easy for me to get a view of you two at the front and switch from both sides to capture both reactions. There is also a lovely walkway either side of the room for me to walk to the sides and very back to capture a variety of different angles, including a great shot of speakers doing readings. On top of this, the balcony area creates a fantastic, discreet area for any second shooters or videographers to have a secondary view of the whole ceremony unfolding without being in the background of all your photos - perfect!

Gorgeous Landscaping
One of my favourite things about Rackleys is the gorgeous landscaping around the front of the venue. I particularly love the purple colours of the lavender paired with the long grasses, the perfect blend of neutral tones which look amazing in both photography and film.

Golden Hour Session
If you are blessed with a sunny day at Rackleys (or even cloudy!) You absolutely must use the fields to the back of the venue for your couple's session. They have a fantastic view over rolling hills and the layering of the long plants (at the right time of the year) makes for some incredible colours and visual interest.
